Rug Design – Meditative Rugs Collection (2018)
The Meditative Rugs Collection is inspired by intuitive sketches created through a process of repetitive, meditative mark-making. These raw drawings were refined into bold, rhythmic patterns characterized by thick, expressive linesthat translate into a harmonious series of rug designs.
Developed in 2018, the collection was taken from initial sketches through digital file preparation to final production, embodying both the spontaneity of hand-drawn marks and the precision of crafted textiles.
