Hand-embroidered
Back in school days, when copying biology diagrams became both duty and escape. I was often asked to draw from the medical textbooks — mitochondria, plant cells, human anatomy, branching veins, and root systems — covering the blackboard while others took notes.There was never quite enough time left to do my own.
This upcycled T-shirt carries that memory. Red hand embroidery traces life systems branching outward: imperfect, alive.
Each T-shirt is found, restored, and embroidered by hand in our studio.
